​ To enter Festival 2018, you must fill out and mail in the "Junior Bill" form no later than November 1, 2017.  Save $10 and mail no later than October 1st.  Newly enrolled members are allowed to submit their junior bills up until December 10, 2017.  Click on the below box to download this form.

Summer and Early Fall are the times to begin preparing your students for FESTIVAL 2018.  

Students from all over the Capital District including Oakloosa, Walton, and Bay Counties will perform auditions for evaluation according to the National Federation of Music Clubs' guidelines and Catalog.  Music must be chosen from the "Federation Festivals Bulletin Catalog"
